Oceanora Exim LLP uses the business information you share to understand and respond to your sourcing requirements.

What you provide

An enquiry may include your name, company, business contact details, product specifications, quantities, destination, commercial preferences and supporting files. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid personal identification, banking credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How enquiries are handled

When online submission is enabled, your enquiry and attachments are processed through Cloudflare and sent through Resend to info@oceanoraexim.com. Oceanora uses Google Workspace for its business mailbox. Your email address is used so the trade desk can reply. Service providers may process data outside your country.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help prevent abuse. This check processes technical information such as IP address and browser signals. Our enquiry service uses a salted fingerprint of the IP address for rate limiting and stores request references, submission fingerprints and delivery status to prevent duplicate emails. It does not store the enquiry text or attachments in its request database.

Your files and browser session

Files you select stay in your browser until you submit the form. A design preview does not transmit your enquiry or files. Downloaded enquiry summaries are saved on your own device.

Retention and sharing

Business correspondence is retained as needed to handle your enquiry, conduct transactions and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Technical logs and delivery records are subject to the service providers’ retention settings. Relevant product or delivery requirements may be shared with suppliers or service providers when needed to respond; confidential documents or sensitive details should be discussed with the trade desk first. We do not sell your enquiry information.

Contact and requests

For questions, corrections or a request to delete enquiry information, contact info@oceanoraexim.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
